API webhooks is a salient feature of the Contify API services which helps the user to stay abreast with the updates related to their topics of interest. Using this feature, notifications are sent to the user’s set URL as soon as the system identifies a new submission. The user won’t be required to log-in into the API platform everytime to identify any updates as they will be regularly updated about any new events through the Webhooks notifications.

Configuring webhook

Webhook can be configured using the ADD Webhook button. Mentioned below is the list of entities and operations supported for Webhooks. If the user wishes to receive a notification covering their entire data and not specifically to some topics, then they can utilise the aq-include option and insert the ‘*:*’ command which will push notifications regarding every event to the user’s set URL.
